How it works
We assess your floor's condition, species, and how many times it's already been sanded — some floors have limits.
Multiple sanding passes remove the old finish and level the surface, with containment systems minimizing dust in your home.
Choose your stain color and topcoat — we'll walk you through options that hold up to Alberta's dry climate and daily wear.
Topcoat is applied and cured before the space is fully walkable again — we'll tell you exactly what to expect for timing.
